Affiliate disclosure
How FilterWorth makes money, and how to tell which links pay us.
Last updated
The short version
FilterWorth's business model is affiliate commissions. When a link on the site is an affiliate link, we may earn a commission if you buy after clicking it, at no extra cost to you.
Which links pay us today
None. No link on the site earns a commission today. Product links go straight to the manufacturer's own page, with no tracking added by us. FilterWorth is not a partner, reseller or authorized dealer of any brand it covers.
How links are labeled
Each guide has a disclosure near the top that matches the links actually on that page. Each product link says beside it whether it is an affiliate link or an unpaid link to the manufacturer. Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored" in the page code.
What commissions don't change
Commission rates aren't part of our product data, and they aren't an input to any comparison or table. We don't accept payment for placement, and merchants don't review or approve guides before publication. Comparisons exist to help you choose for your home, so a guide may point you to something that earns us nothing.
Measuring clicks
Our analytics may count that someone followed a link to a merchant. That shows interest, not a sale. See the privacy page for what's currently active.
